"Postgraduate training taught by people still doing the work — not only by full-time academics."

OUR STORY

CAPE was founded in Chattogram in 2020 to address a specific gap in professional education in Bangladesh: postgraduate-level training in subjects like taxation, accounting, supply chain, and trade, taught by practitioners who are still working in those fields day to day.

That single decision — building the curriculum and the faculty panel around active practitioners rather than only full-time academics — has shaped every programme CAPE has built since. Facilitators bring current casework, current regulation, and current industry practice into the classroom, alongside the academic rigor of a postgraduate diploma structure.

As demand grew beyond Chattogram, CAPE opened a second campus in Dhaka to serve professionals there directly, without asking them to travel. Both campuses run the same programmes, the same faculty standards, and the same accreditation.

OUR APPROACH

Three things every CAPE programme holds to

01

Practitioner faculty

Every facilitator is currently working in the subject they teach — in industry, in practice, or in active consulting — not teaching from a textbook alone.

02

Applied curriculum

Case studies, current regulation, and real workplace scenarios sit alongside the theory, so what's taught maps directly onto what participants do at work.

03

Credential outcome

Every programme concludes in a formal diploma or certificate, backed by CAPE's IPAC accreditation and NSDA registration.
